Directions: Lip must be clean of any moisturizer or oil. Apply to the center of the top and bottom lips until desired area is filled. Allow 3-5 minutes for application to be completely dry before dabbing or disturbing the lip area. Do not re-apply or touch-up after the original coat. One coat per wear to prevent cracking or flaking.
